What qualifications do you offer your clients?

As a Leader, a teacher, and mentor, it has been my privilege to work with many people during their careers.  I am a trained Executive Coach.  In addition to my 30+ years in the field of Education, I hold a Master's Degree in Education, Certifications in Human Resource Management, Adult and Community Education, and Conflict Mediation.

What can your clients expect from you as a coach?

My clients consistently tell me that I am an excellent and thoughtful listener, and a great support to them in their leadership journey.  They tell me that they are better leaders from the coaching they receive.

Why do you want to support leaders?

Having been a leader, I know that leadership is courageous and rewarding work, that can also be difficult and lonely at times.  I believe that every person is always learning, and leaders want to be their best, lead well, and inspire others.  As a coach, I want to support leaders to be extraordinary.

Who is your ideal client?

My ideal client is preparing for or beginning their leadership journey. I love working with this client because they are ready to start living their values and leadership style, to make their dreams a reality!
